1. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
a. Order acceptance policy
All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by Consumer Agritech (LifeSucksWithoutSuccs), and any of its personnel reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
b. Changes to your order
If you wish to change your order, please do so by contacting us at email@example.com, from the email your account is registered under and quoting the order confirmation number. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address) that are requested before your order is shipped.
c. Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped and a full refund will be issued. Please get in contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org to do so. Orders which have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. In order to offer the best security, all of our credit and debit card payments are processed securely by Stripe or, if selected as a payment option, PayPal.
If you create an account and enter your payment details, your card will be stored securely by Stripe so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.
We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
On occasion, Stripe will send the issuing bank a request for either a £0 or a £1 authorisation to verify that the card is issued, and the bank will allow it to be authorised. This is a security measure from Stripe, to ensure that your card is chargeable, and will have no effect upon the overall price you pay for any products you purchase from the LifeSucksWithoutSuccs site. Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is declined, the authorisation request is reversed immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorisation, some people may still see an authorisation for £1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement within a few weeks, if not sooner.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver all orders via Royal Mail second class post. This means delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days for UK, 5-7 working days for EU, and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world including the US and Canada. Australia can sometimes be up to 14 working days.
Although we will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery, we cannot be held responsible if an item arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of Consumer Agritech's control.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for orders, as we cannot obtain proof of delivery, however you will receive an email notification when your product has been dispatched.
In the event of non-delivery (an order/item not having arrived 3 working days after its dispatch date), please contact us at email@example.com. In this instance we will offer to resend your order, or alternatively to apply credit to your account. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date in order to claim a resend or credit. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a resend or credit.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where an address is entered incorrectly on checkout.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We maintain strict quality control measures when packing and dispatching orders. While our products, especially plants, are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same perfect condition as when they leave us, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may be damaged in transit. If, upon receiving your product(s), they are damaged or faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, so that we can arrange a free replacement. Please note that you will need to email us photos of the damaged item(s) within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s) in order to be eligible for a replacement, and we may ask for you to return the product(s) to us. We will not offer any replacements if the product(s) are in a good condition.
b. Non Delivery
In the unlikely event that your product(s) do not arrive within 3 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to look into. We will only offer a resend or credit if we are informed of the non-arrival of the product(s) within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If you choose to have your product(s) resent, we will do so free of charge and resend to you at no extra cost. If we offer you a credit, this will be applied to your account within 3 working days. We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to any mistakes in the delivery address entered on checkout. Please note, it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we will offer a refund if a replacement is not possible. If you do receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the product(s) within 7 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the product(s) are faulty. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund having been processed, however please be aware that banks might take an additional 2-14 days to refund the amount to your card. Please note, it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend/credit.
Please understand that due to the nature of selling living plants we are only able to accept returns in the case of damage to the product in transit. We offer customers replacements if the items are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.
e. Orders Returned to Us
We provide a return address, which is printed on all orders we ship. This is a requirement of the Royal Mail. For orders returned to us at this address, where possible we will contact the customer with a courtesy email to notify them of the return, and we will keep such orders for a total of 30 days. Consumer Agritech does not take any responsibility for orders which are returned to us, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a full, correct and clear delivery address is added on checkout.
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the use of the LifeSucksWithoutSuccs website and Mobile Applications https://LifeSucksWithoutSuccs.com (the Site) and all related services (Services). By entering and using the Site, you indicate that you agree to use the Services only under these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Site or the Services.
2. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you share content using our site, our terms and conditions will apply.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be changed or updated at any time. We recommend that you check the Terms periodically for any updates we might make from time to time, as they are binding on you. Please note that these Terms may also be supplemented by additional terms elsewhere on the Site.
4. CHANGES TO THE SITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS
We may update the Site and mobile applications from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
5. ACCESSING THE SITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS
We do not guarantee that the Site or Mobile Applications, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site.
We may limit the availability of the Site or any service or product described on the Site to any person or geographic area at any time.
6. YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
As part of making an order with us or using our referral program, you can register on our Site via email, giving your name and email address. Your details must be complete, correct and true.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any account, user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at email@example.com
7. NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Site. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: use of, or inability to use, the Site; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site. Please note that in particular, we will not be liable for: loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on the Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
When making an order with LifeSucksWithoutSuccs you are asked to provide a contact email, and by doing so you are consenting to receive email communications from us. We use this contact email to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations, dispatch confirmations and any other information relevant to your order(s). We also use the customer’s email for marketing communications from time to time. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in all of our marketing communications, or by getting in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the Site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and your account will be disabled.
12. LINKING TO THE SITE
You may link to any page on our site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to the Site in any website that is not owned by you. The Site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. 13. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES IN THE SITE
Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
14. USER CONDUCT
We welcome members who use our service to access content on the Site. However, we do not allow our Site or the Services to be used for prohibited content especially but not limited to the following:
- copyrighted material used without the express permission of the owner;
- material that violates the rights of others;
- material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content that may compromise the Site or the Services;
- material that advocates illegal activity;
- content we believe is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
- material that, in any way, is harmful to minors; or
- material that provides a link to any of the above.
We have the sole discretion to determine whether content is prohibited content, and any content submitted to the Services may be subject to examination from time to time. We may not monitor or control the content posted via the services and we cannot take responsibility for such content. Although we do not and will not examine or otherwise review all content submitted or transmitted to the Site, we may delete, move, and edit content for any justified reason, at any time, without notice. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who uploaded such content. Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted via the services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted via the services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mis-labelled or are otherwise deceptive. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate at any time, in full or in part and without further notice, your account and your right to use the Services.

16. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. REFERRAL CODES
Any one referral code can be used up to a maximum of 1 times. Code is valid on first purchase only and can be redeemed once per user.
In case of abuse of referral codes, including but not limited to, publication on online discount codes sites, mass mailing etc., we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to expire or revoke credit, or to temporarily remove the ability to redeem credit on our site.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel or suspend any of our promotional campaigns at any given time.
